Home finding

After an intake with you where we identify the kind of home that is best suited, we will select apartments or houses, arrange visits (accompanied by us), negotiate the best deal and help to get everything in place to move in. This includes:

• Briefing call to understand needs & expectations
• Pre-select properties that meet client’s requirements. The commitment in sending at least 10 properties related to the search, that match at least 75% of the search criteria supplied by the client.
• Provide descriptions and pictures of properties
• Provide Welcome Pack with useful information about the city and the different neighbourhoods
• Accompanied visits
• Negotiate lease terms & assistance during signature
• Conduct check-in inspection and provide check-in document
• Arrange utility connections (water, electricity, gas)
• Arrange internet /telephone connection installation

School Finding

Schooling is top priority for our expats with (young) children and we make sure that we find the right schools, preferably near the kids’ new home (so yes, it’s something we look at first when discussing requirements for housing). School finding services include:

• Intake interview with the family to determine appropriate schools & day care centers
• Provide information about the state/private and international schools
• Identify the appropriate schools
• Research the availability of school places
• Organize appointments with school directors
• Accompany to school’s appointments
• Assist with application form & registration

Administrative services

We will assist with mundane but very important administrative issues and help to negotiate with Spanish bureaucracy:

• Bank account opening
• Social Security number
• NIE number
• Local health card (CAP registration)
• City hall registration (Empadronamiento)
• Tax registration
• Beckham Law application
• Driving license
